WHO WE ARE
Harger Utility Charities, Inc. is a charity organization that hosts events and fundraisers for veterans and their families.
We are a small central PA charity that was started by two men who are devoted to giving back to the men and women who fight for our freedom. Currently, we honor local veterans from Clinton, Centre, and Lycoming counties. Over the past 11 years, we have raised and donated over $140,000 for veterans and their families.
If you love sporting clays, being outside, and showing some love to veterans from your local (or maybe not so local) community, then we are glad you’re here! Please take a minute to look over our site, we encourage you to inquire if you have questions or need assistance – we look forward to meeting new participants and welcoming new donors!
WHAT WE DO
The Annual Harger Utility Sporting Clays Tournament benefits a hand-selected local veteran and their family. The tournament takes place every year at Thunder Ridge Sporting Clays in Middlebury, PA. Teams of up to four contestants sign up for a day of fun, food, and prizes.
We rely solely on donations from outside sources. We are a 501c3 verified charitable organization that is ran 100% by volunteers!
